Frequently Asked Questions

Once received, all orders can take 1-4 days to process depending on holidays and weekends.  Our regular business hours to process orders are Mon-Fri 9am-3pm.  We ship all orders through the US Postal Service Priority Mail and most orders will ship within 2 days after processing.

Where is the expiration date on the box? 

No, we only ship our product within the continental U.S. 

Do you ship outside of the United States? 

How long will it take for me to receive my order? 

The expiration date can be found on the bottom left side of all of our mixes.  All of our cartons have a “Best by” box pre-printed on them and our 6 digit date will be found in that area.  Please note that our expiration date is not printed in ink on the boxes but is pressed (embossed) into the box itself.
